For most, finance and insurance doesn’t immediately come to mind when the brand Adobe is mentioned, as the revered software company is better known for their design and development Suites. However, the technology company’s LiveCycle Enterprise Suite is widely used within the finance sector—by banks, capital market firms and insurance agencies—as a means of automating paperwork, correspondence and enrollment processes. And it isn’t a product that one can pick up at the local Best Buy. It’s a custom-tailored solutions package that can cost upwards of $1MM annually.
To build awareness around the product, and to educate users on the different usage aspects, we created both an online marquis (one that lives inline on the Adobe site and acts as a “super banner”) and a series of product demos. The marquis quickly grabs the user’s attention and offers bite-sized product info—enough to entice users to either learn more by watching the demos or contact an Adobe sales representative for more information and a free trial. The demos, on the other hand, are used to display the full scale of the product and the practical uses behind the various applications—be it an online enrollment framework, how to set up automated emails or how to file an interactive insurance claim. As a long-term Adobe partner, we’ve found that advertisement marquis that feature both testimonials and short, hard-hitting facts about the product have helped increase leads and trial participation, while online demos have become strong drivers for acquisition and fulfillment.
